The human spine, which is made up of 33 individual vertebrae, has the essential role of supporting our bodies. Without the spine, we would not have the stability and flexibility to bend and twist our bodies to perform everyday necessary functions. The spine is also home to crucial muscles, nerves, tendons, and ligaments.
The hip joint is a weight-bearing joint which connects the lower extremities to the pelvis. This makes the hip a pivotal component in the body's overall flexibility and motion. The hip joint is divided into two main parts; these are the femoral head, which is the rounded end at the top of your femur, and the acetabulum, which is the pelvic socket into which the femoral head fits.
The knee joint is one of the most structurally complex joints of the human body. Functionally, the knee joins the femur to the tibia and fibula, or shin bones. The patella (kneecap) is the other primary component of the human knee. The knee is supported by a complex set of tendons, tissue and cartilage, which allow it to provide the leg with its full range of motion, strength and flexibility.

Report
I was rear ended by a texting driver while riding my motorcycle. That was NOT fun.
I underwent treatment over a period of time at the SOAR Institute with Dr Hothem. The staff were all very professional and caring.
My interactions with Dr Hothem were terrific. He went over things in layman's terms, making it easy for me to understand, meaning I was more comfortable with the procedures. I was never rushed in or out, in fact I had several very good non medical conversations with the doctor while I was being examined.
At the beginning of my treatment I was uncomfortable just being upright. Getting
