NOTE: The Zoom Guided Imagery and Meditation Techniques Classes will not be scheduled during the month of September while we review our Fall and Winter schedule of classes and workshops. Please check back for updates! Purchase classes individually at $12 each, or buy the entire month of 4 classes for only $36.

Reiki is a wonderful addition to your self-care regime of meditations, and can be added to your tool box of holistic methods that help you deal with physical pain as well as illness, disease, injury, discomfort, arthritis. Reiki can help us to calm a busy mind, think more clearly, look at a challenge from a broader perspective, and help us to reduce stress, anxiety, frustration and worry.
If you deal with any of the following, meditation can help you not only get through and get past negativity, it can help you thrive and keep a constant inner peace no matter what circumstances are happening around you. Meditation helps us get through traumatic events in our lives with mental clarity and a healthy perspective.
This enables us to provide services for those in need through tax-deductible donations toward sponsorships, programs, special projects and events. White Barn Healing Arts Center promotes wellness, peace and healing for body, mind and spirit through natural and homeopathic practices, relaxation and healing techniques, spiritual guidance and support, and educational opportunities.
