I have used Jon Bell's services for taxes since 2017. He is professional, trustworthy, and reliable. He has had some changes in office staff over the last few years, but everyone who has been in the administrative role has been responsive to questions. What I really like is that I can do my taxes completely online. He has a secure portal to upload documents, and he sends documents and alerts me when I have them available to review and sign. The process is very simple. His tax handout is a document that is easy to understand where I plug in my numbers. I also make submit an excel sheet

I don't write many reviews but felt I needed to for this firm because of how outstanding they are! I'll keep it short; Jon is an extremely effective communicator and listener. He hears the details behind the numbers and then uses that information to more effectively prepare the needed tax documents. My returns were particularly complex and Jon took the time to talk with me on several occasions to make sure no stone was left unturned In helping ensure I paid only the taxes I needed to. Jon Bell is very knowledgable about his chosen field. I have heard him speak on accounting in front of groups now for bout a year and that is what made me decide this is the guy. I have just recently switched over to Jon for my taxes and he spent 3 hours with me going over quickbooks and helping me to correct things I had done wrong, the funny thing is about 5-6 times during the seeion he would ask me are you having as much fun as I am? This guy loves being a CPA. What more could you ask for.

I had a very good experience with Jon Bell. My wife and I run a small business and Jon helped us out with getting our bookkeeping records up to date as well as helping us with our returns. Before I used to use TurboTax but didn't realize I wasn't getting a full refund. Jon helped me to collect over $2K on returns from past years. He was very prompt in his services and I especially appreciated the fact that he sat down and went over my returns and explained it to me. I will recommend Jon to my family and friends.
