Willy G, my technician was so amazing. He was right on time and while I was taking in my groceries he actually helped me carry them in. He was informative, extremely professional and friendly. He helped me get my two existing cameras back online after getting a new modem from Spectrum. He installed my new Ring doorbell and showed me how to charge, making sure I showed him I knew how to do it. I wish all technicians were as wonderful as he was. I would recommend Smart Tech to any and all. Five stars isn't enough.

Smart Tech security upgraded my 15 year old system at a reasonable price. Their technician JP is ontime, professional, knowledgable and efficient. I had a small problem with a wired sensor and they came back out promptly and installed a wireless sensor. I'm very happy with the service they provided.

John came out to meet me to explain all the latest equipment and services offered. He was on time, polite, and professional. He gave a clear and concise presentation on all the products and features and set me up with the package that best fit my needs. This house will be a vacation rental so I haven't got to practice how everything works yet but the instructions seem straight forward and the installer (Steve I think) was also very helpful and explaining to me how to operate.

These guys are excellent! We looked into several options and deals for an ADT security system after a break in at our home in Palm Springs. We found that others would try to hike up the prices after the initial quote and none of them were actually local to the area - except this one. We worked with John to have our whole house set up with a new ADT system (having had ADT for years in another state). He took his time and walked us through all the options finding us the best price possible. We we very happy with the signup process and the installation. They were quick to address any issues and really appreciated their creativity in finding a way to meet our needs. Ultimately we got set up and have been using the system for several months, very happy customers

Just bought a new house and switched security company to smart tech based on the reviews. I upgraded the pre-existing security system and added security cameras around the house. everyone was very helpful and responsive up until the initial setup. They setup the cameras but the time was running on eastern standard time, they couldn't fix it the first time. I also bought a Ring door bell which they couldn't setup and said it was defective and they didn't have another one. They said they will come back to address both issues. They never did. I had to call in and argue about it for

Call ADT in Palm Desert for a quote and spoke with Selina who was really nice and she had the sales Manager who was Jesus Ramos at my house that same day in the evening and gave us a quote.
We then set an appointment for the following day for the installer to come and put a security system in our home and he to was very nice.
I do recommend that if you're shopping for a good security system for your home to give Smart tech ADT in Palm Desert a call. All the employees are very knowledgeable and they give out great customer service.

Ron from Smart Tech came out ASAP day before the 4th of July. Our place was burglarized along with about 6 others recently in Mission Hills complex.
We haven't hardly slept at night,and my Wife has me walk around armed all hours of the night until a high tech alarm is installed.
Well it was installed today by a couple of very professional great guys ( JP and Abe )
I can finally put the gun away and sleep like a normal person.
Great system Great service Great company.

The staff was great to work with. Our sales rep spent a lot of time with us explaining our options and helping us design a system that would work best for us. No high pressure sales! The install technician was on time and easy to work with. Explained everything that he was doing and even fixed my broken door knob!

We definitely had a great experience with this company. My sales rep Tom Grove was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained things very well and never did we feel pressured about signing up for the security system. We are very happy with the choice we made and most of all Blessed knowing our home & family will be protected. Our installer Steve was also very professional and courteous.
