Can't tell you how disappointed we are with this last paint job done at Klaus. We always had excellent work done there. This time we get the truck back with overspray all over the windows and inside the cab. Not sure if they've had a change in personal or what but time to find a new body shop for us.

Brought in for repair after someone sideswiped my car. Klaus did a perfect repair and, unexpectedly, cleaned the interior and exterior (both sandy and dirty from animal rescues). Despite my complicated, three-toned paint, Klaus gave me my car back looking brand new. Hope I never need another repair but if I do, I am going back to Klaus.

The quality of the work that Michael's guy's perform is outstanding, the value is very comparable and they complete the job on time as well as clean your car,inside and out before you pick up your vehicle.

As a younger female, I'm always nervous I'm going to be ripped off by car places. The owner was straight up with me about price, didn't dupe me or string me around. My church vehicle was hit in its parking spot...no note/nothing. State Farm recommended Klaus auto body. I do too!!! Great work, and was finished when promised. Probably the best run body shop I've ever used. Incredibly clean and organized. The estimate I got for my bumper was about in the middle of 3 (not the highest not the lowest) but I'm suspicious of body shops that appear poorly managed and disorganized-looking. Mr. Norman was very straight forward and helped me understand the difference between cut-rate work and the way that they do things at Klaus Body Shop. If you're looking to go cheap and try to grind out the lowest price don't go here. I definitely can recommend them!

I highly recommend Michael Norman and the Klaus Body Shop. I was pleasantly surprised at how incredibly clean his client waiting space is as is the body shop itself. It is such a pleasure to deal with an auto body shop that takes pride in their workmanship. They just buffed and waxed my recently-purchased used car. Very happy with the job, happy with the price, happy with the scheduling, happy that it was done on time, and happy that they gave me a ride to and from my nearby workplace. Mostly, I'm happy with the quality of work. Dealt predominantly with Michael, the owner (prefers 'Michael', not Mike).

I have to agree with another reviewer, super clean shop. When I went to Klaus, I expected to be told my mother in laws SUV needed a new bumper cover, and other expensive parts to get the vehicle looking new again . Klaus told us why spend money on a new bumper cover, when he and his guys would fix the damage and having it look just as good as new. I told him, go ahead. He promised the SUV back by Friday morning, now this was Wednesday late afternoon when we went in. He had a very nice lady employee give us a ride home. Friday the SUV was done, it looked awesome. First let me say I have been in and worked in shops for years and this had to be the cleanest. When people say you can eat off the floor, this is the kind of place they are talking about. Turn around time was extremely fast it wasn't even 24 hours and the car looks like new. Not only was the car washed but it looks like it even got a wax. I didn't even have to deal with the car rental they handled all of it. I would recommend this place to anyone you would be crazy to go anywhere else.
