Tim Stromatt is a second-generation native Houstonian. His family's real estate firm, Stromatt & Associates, was founded in 1949 by his grandmother and still run by his father today. His mother has been in the title business for almost 40 years. Needless to say, homes are in Tim's genes. Tim began building in 1999 for Newmark Homes.
He quickly gained a passion for custom home building. He has never stopped learning new techniques and methods in order to build the best homes possible. Over the years, he worked for some of the best custom home builders in Houston before starting Stromatt Homes. He treats every home he builds as his own, never sacrificing quality.

At Stromatt Homes we feel the foundation of our company is based upon the lasting relationships we build with our clients. We want to build the best quality custom luxury homes to ensure our customers satisfaction. We understand the decision to build a new home, or remodel your existing home, is one of the single biggest decisions in your lifetime.
How many homes do you build in a year? We typically build between 3 and 4 homes per year. This varies based up the scope, size, and location of each project. We want to make sure that we can give the personal attention you and your home deserves. Stromatt Homes doesn't employ project managers or superintendents to oversee the construction of your home.
The first key of a quality luxury home is the design. Whenever possible we feel it is best to get the builder involved early in the design process. We want the vision you have for your custom home in Houston from the beginning to be the home you move into. We will work with your architect on means and methods to create the construction specifications.
Tim has been a valued asset during the construction of our new custom home. His problem solving skills and attention to detail have made the construction process run smoothly on a very complex luxury home. Located west of Downtown Houston and northwest of Houston's Uptown, lay the beautiful Memorial Villages. Surrounded by Buffalo Bayou to the south, Interstate 610 to the east, Texas Highway 6 to the west the Katy Freeway south, Memorial Villages have preserved and a serene and private identity separate from Houston.
