Services
An estimated 50 percent or more of medications for chronic conditions, such as high cholesterol and diabetes, are not taken as prescribed. Medication non-adherence can lead to worsening health conditions, hospitalizations and death. Whatever the reason is for medication non-adherence, we have a solution for you.
Medication therapy management, otherwise known as MTM, is a term used for a program to help you manage your medications and health conditions. Do you want to know how best to take your medications to get the most from your medications?. Would you like to have a complete list of the medications you take for your personal use?.
As a long-term care pharmacy (LTCP), we provide medications and consultant pharmacy services to long-term care facilities such as nursing homes. As a LTCP, we provide continuous access to a pharmacist as well as offer emergency delivery of medication. Our main focus is to ensure that patients have access to their medication therapies in a timely manner.
As a compounding pharmacy, we are able to produce unique dosage forms of medications based on your preferences and/or restrictions. As a compounding pharmacist, Dr. Sullivan prepares customized prescription medication to meet individual patient needs. Compounding pharmacies are different from typical drug stores in that they regularly compound prescriptions, often using specialized equipment and tools not found in the typical chain drug store.

Our highly qualified staff can provide these screenings to give you more information on your health, health goals, and ways to reach those goals.

BEST PHARMACY IN TOWN!!
I remember the first time I had a prescription filled I was unable to make it before closing time and the owner told me she could wait for me! This to me is unheard of and an amazing quality you can only find with locally owned businesses like this one.
When I walk in they greet me by name and somehow even know all the prescriptions I take by memory.
By far the best pharmacy in town!

The Pharmacy Shop could improve with their overall attitude! From Dr. Sullivan to the staff that answers the phone, they are VERY rude. Their attitude is they are doing a favor to fill a prescription! By treating people in this manner it will eventually impact their business in a negative way. There are other choices in Lexington!

This is a great local business in downtown Baltimore area. The store clerk always greets us with a big smile and is extremely helpful. He's there everyday and knows all of the regulars by face. The items in the pharmacy are cheaper than your chain pharmacies, like CVS and students get an additional discount on their total purchase price! They usually have what I need but there was an occasion where I couldn't find a particular personal item. The store clerk asked for the name/brand of the item I was looking for, ordered it and had it in stock the next time I was there. It's great

I enjoy using local businesses when possible, and I found this place to be most helpful. I brought in a prescription to get filled late in the day, and was informed there were issues with my insurance. My doctors informed them they could write a prescription for the next day, and I could pick it up and get it filled. I knew I would be unable to make it there by time required, so The Pharmacy Shop offered to pick up the prescription from my doctor and have it filled, waiting for me by the time I arrived. This is the #1 pharmacy in Lexington! Forget the corporate pharmacies like CVS and Walgreens. Clarence and Karen, the married owners, are total sweethearts. They are kind, caring, and genuinely care about their customers. I was a loyal customer for 5 years before moving away from Lexington and I miss my local pharmacy. Keep it real, keep it local, and check out the pharmacy shop!
