Our names are Chris & Heather Laddusaw and we are the owners of A Perfect View Window Cleaning Service. We have been able to develop a loyal following of residential and commercial window cleaning customers due to a high demand for clean glass and proper care for the customer, but I'll touch more on that later.
Right now I'd like to give you a little bit of background. Out of high school, I went to college for law enforcement which led me to work at a west metro police dept. I decided to start my own window cleaning business and it was the best decision I ever made! Heather has been here every step of the way being sure our customers are taken care of when they want it!

Hello, welcome to A Perfect View Window Cleaning Service Inc. We service Minneapolis, St. Paul and the greater Twin Cities suburbs like Eden Prairie, Maple Grove and more. We know window washing is usually the last thing on your list of things to do this weekend and it keeps getting put off and put off.
We take our job very serious and are very proud of a job done well done. We are so proud of our work we offer a satisfaction guaranteed to all of our customers. Any imperfection in our cleaning process will be dealt with immediately by a member of our team. Not only do we offer a superior window cleaning process, we are also fully insured so you don't have to worry when we are on the job.
Our process is very complete leaving you with a very clean window and making you the envy of all your neighbors. First we remove all your screens from the home, at this time we will clean each screen by either wet moping them or dry wiping them. The decision to do either is made by how dirty your screen is and what material is on them.
When I first started into the window cleaning business I had some decisions to make on the direction of my business and the level of service to offer. My biggest decision was do we offer a cheaper "economy" service where we are in and out of the house quickly offering a lower price but a lower quality job?
We carefully dig the debris out of your gutters by hand, then place it in a bag without making a mess on the ground below. We do this foot by foot with every gutter around your home. If your gutter's downspout is clogged, we unclog it by using a garden hose, and placing it down your downspout forcing the debris out.

I used them for a couple years for gutter cleaning and was very satisfied. This year they reached out to me to schedule and I got right back to them to schedule a gutter cleaning about 2 months out. The week goes by that they were supposed to come and nothing. I followed up and they said they were planning on coming - again, nothing. It has now been almost a month since they were supposed to clean my gutters and they have stopped responding to my emails and you cannot leave a voicemail because their mailbox is full. Very annoying

We’ve used this company for the past almost 10 years, except last summer when we used someone our neighbors were using simply out of convenience. That company didn’t compare to A Perfect View. We’ve used these people once or twice a year for both window cleaning and gutter cleaning. They don’t skip a beat. Last week, we had them pressure wash our home and deck as well. Unbelievable the difference it made.

Updated: Company says they were out to give an estimate, and although I didn't receive it, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. I didn't hear back on my couple communication attempts until the review was written though.
