Three phone calls and one text…no response…clearly not interested in my business!
A phone call received this morning from Kelly the owner. She told me her circumstances re losing a family member to covid. So sorry to hear this. A quick text explaining would have gone a long way towards helping me understand. Yes I understand brow waxing is not the end of the world but, as someone who ran my own business for 35 years, communication is crucial Changing from 1 star to 3...Im sure others will have a better experience.

Kelly is super reactive when my schedule changes and always does her best to make time for me. She is personable and funny when I feel awkward and helps get over the tension that some of her services might bring. Absolutely the best facials and brow waxing I have ever gotten. It is such a relaxing environment and so much care is taken to ensure everything is perfectly customized for my skin care needs. Kelly is so great at customizing my facials for whatever my skin might be going through on a given day. I previously saw her at Sensibilities and followed her to her new space. She has so many different pro tools and high quality products that she can handle pretty much any issue you might have no matter your skin tone, type or history. I'm so impressed by all the things she has at her disposal to use. She's also just a wonderful gal to chat to and has a very relaxing space. Highly recommend!
