Our t.fusion powder coated wood finish is one of the strongest available, making it perfect for a wide variety of applications. With its awesome designability and unlimited color choices, the sky is the limit with t.fusion powder coated wood (MDF) components. With t.fusion coatings, you get the look and feel of liquid paint, but with more durability and at a better price.
The t.fusion finish coats the entire component. There are no seams and therefore simply cannot delaminate. You won't experience edge peeling or chipping, and you'll be thrilled about its authentic look and feel. Designable: accommodating intricate design details such as cutouts, bullnose and knife edges, or designs in the face of a part.
Our specialty t.fusion finishes include metallics, clear coat, hammertones, and veins. Specialty finishes are perfect when you want to create visual interest with effects unique to a powder coated finish. Our antimicrobial additive for our wood powdered coated finishes is embedded in the finish and reduces growth of all microbes tested to date by 99.9% (under testing conditions).
With t.fusion powder coated wood from BTD, choose whatever color you want - we'll match it! BTD's RAL/PMS color matching recreates the exact hue you want or can be used to customize a color unique to your project. True color matching can't be done with the naked eye. That's why we use equipment that measures color on a scale of L (black to white), a (red to green), and b (yellow to blue).
