I have loved working for CGS. The management is kind and caring. You truly feel seen and heard in this company. Since working here I have seen the company double over in size year after year! Jennifer, one of the owners has been in the security business over 9 years and the other owner Melinda has been entrepreneur/ business owner for 20 plus years! It has been such a pleasure working with all the employees. I work day in and day out with the operational manager and it’s our team mentality that cultivates such a great environment. Our operational manager is such a great leader that inspires dedication
