Central Montana Eyecare offers the most comprehensive eye exams available using top technology, including electronic refraction-a more accurate and comfortable method for evaluating your vision. We also offer eyewear and contact lens fitting, and co-manage scheduled eye surgery to ensure that you receive the best possible care.
Central Montana Eyecare offers a comprehensive list of services to maintain your eye health and respond to your changing vision needs, and our ability to help you with every aspect of your vision care makes a difference-we'll advise you with regard to treatment, product options and work with your other health care providers as needed to make sure you have the best care possible.

Eyeglasses aren't just about seeing the way you want to see; they're also about being seen the way you want to be seen. Central Montana Eyecare is committed to providing you a broad range of options for prescription eyewear, contact lenses, and prescription and nonprescription sports and sunglasses.
One complication of standard eyeglasses is that their lenses can reflect light from both the front and back surfaces, reducing clarity and brightness of the things you see. But anti-reflective lenses increase light transmission to as much as 99.5 percent-a significant difference that's especially helpful under challenging lighting conditions such as viewing computer screens or driving at night.

I was reunited with Dr. Mindy Sterner Leach after years of being bounced around between the GFC and another downtown provider. No complaints about the others, but Dr. Mindy is who truly listens and ensures you are taken care of before you leave. She addresses any and all concerns and truly cares about her patients.

Best Eye Exam experience I have ever had! In my mid 50’s, really thought my prescription could not get better and my vision would just continue to deteriorate. That is what several optometrist told me.
Dr. “Knife-ee “ and his team did a thorough exam and took the time to dial in my prescription to 20/20. I was almost at 20/40 before!

Great place for eyecare! the staff was as friendly as I have ever encountered in any industry. The doctor knew his business and gave a detailed analysis while the exam was performed, leaving me with little to ask. He was also very reassuring as each step was performed, if all went well. he also gave me a detailed description of any problems and how they would be tackled in the future. Finally he explained how my insurance would be charged without me having to ask. That was a first. Highly recommend!

and kind. He provided excellent care. He and his staff were very helpful in making sure I obtained my prescription prior to leaving town by calling local pharmacies that evening to see which could provide it in the shortest amount of time before I drove 110 miles home.

Dr Sexton is so great. She listens and explained everything going on with my eyes. She is so personable and really cares about her patients. The reception staff could take a few pointers from her. They are so rude and standoffish; don't even look at you when you ask question or even when the gal asked for my id and insurance card, she didn't look at me just put her hand out. I asked where to wait and she pointed. Very sad. But the rest of my visit was great and the facility is always super clean and inviting.
