Recent changes in lending regulations have caused appraisal fees to be impacted. This has led a trend toward appraisers working from home or with small offices in order to minimize overhead. The result is a closed environment that lacks the Synergy of a pool of experienced professionals who continuously consult and assist each other.
Our client base is diversified, consisting of accountants, attorneys, real estate agents and brokers, real estate investors, financial Institutions, appraisal management companies as well as individuals. Anything or anyone that requires an number, or range in numbers, are our clients. We choose not to include individual or company names as our services sometimes require confidentiality.

We were charged $550 to do a "desktop" appraisal that was low and inaccurate! How do you justify taking the money when your haven't seen the house or appraised it fairly and accurately??? We have submitted a complaint with the AZDFI and will submit a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.
