When your body gets all it needs and is relatively free from obstruction your energy throughout the day will be constant and you will be resilient to stress and disease. Sleep is the first pillar of health. Without a sufficient 7-8 hours of restorative sleep every night your body's ability to be healthy will be compromised and you will age faster.

Without a clear sense of purpose and direction in life and a good set of tools to buffer stress your body will become hijacked by anxiety and constantly attacked by cortisol. Andy has helped improve my health by giving me education and taking me to the store to show what things are more healthy to eat.

Let's face it, diets don't work. The reason why most people actually gain weight after dieting is because they are trying to diet on top of a weak foundation. No matter how hard they try, in the end, their efforts leave them frustrated, confused, and right back where they started. I've spent the last 10 years working with people just like this.
I go to bed excited every night and fly out of bed in the morning because I have the best job in the world. I get to talk about food all day long, and help people navigate their way to a level of health and authenticity they may not have believed possible. I love to build things, and there is no better satisfaction than helping someone build a better life.
Personal coaching through a program that transforms your health, shapes your body, frees your mind, and gives you back control of your life. Books, podcasts, diet trends, and friend's advice are all good intentions but fall short of offering lasting results because they lack the accountability and support necessary to adopt new habits.

Yes a healthy lifestyle can and should be built specific to your needs. Vegan, vegetarian, paleo, AIP, low food map, whole 30, can all be worked into a healthy lifestyle. The only diet not friendly to healthy living is the SAD diet (Standard American Diet). Although I love working in person when possible, most of my clients live out of my area and we work primarily by phone and through my online portal.

Andy not only helps with weight loss. He has helped me with a lifestyle in where I can continue to be healthy. He hones in on my needs and implements programs in which I can be successful. I have tried other programs read online and Youtube videos on how to lose weight, none of them stuck. I have worked with him for the last 8 months and has lost 30 lbs. I am a lot more active and running half marathons now. Andy's program for me has worked because it is catered to what I want and what I need. I started working with Andy at Every Day Nutrition in March of 2021. The reason I started is I don’t want to have to inject insulin due to diabetes. My goal was to just be healthier than I was last year, I had already come to terms with my weight, working with Andy I have lost around 50lbs since March. 🤩😍 I am just loving that I will be attending my Goddaughter’s wedding in a dress 3 sizes smaller. I was suffering with Rheumatoid Arthritis when I set up the 2 week program with Andy. As a health care practitioner, I thought I knew all there is about nutrition. Well, that’s before I met Andy. He is a wealth of knowledge and is up to date on the ever changing science and research behind healthy eating. My favorite part about working with Andy is doing a 1 hour walk through at the grocery store. It blew my mind how many things I just glance over while shopping. Andy has an inspiring passion for helping others. He’s a born educator. He himself has studied food/nutrition at Bauman College and has put together unique tricks to help anyone clean up her/his diet. He’s patient and kind. Best of all, he’s not judgy about food.
