As a young child Tara had been exposed to the powerful healings of Reflexology and Reiki; however, she was not aware of this at the time. For over 20 years Tara has worked in the health care field. She never felt completely satisfied because she found that this only involved the physical part of the body.
Holistic Hands offers many services and packages to help you relax, revive and rejuvenate. We work with the with the entire body to promote true healing and relaxation which then helps to restore and balance. We work in reflexology, reiki, long distance reiki, aroma-therapy, essentials oils, infrared therapy, foot readings, health scan using the BioWell.

What is Reiki? Reiki, pronounced "ray key", means Universal Life Force. Reiki is a healing technique and a spiritual practice that was developed in Japan early in the last century. It's practiced by placing your hands on or just above the body. Reiki is a dynamic tool for tapping into a larger system of universal energy that already flows inside and outside our bodies.
Tara is a true blessing with a real gift and love for all mankind. My Reiki session was a real eye opener for me. With soft music in the back ground Tara moved her hands over me stopping at different points and I went on a real trip in my mind's eye. I saw a boy riding away from me on an elephant, I saw the most beautiful tree, it was almost like lucid dreaming.

Tara is an amazing reflexologist!! I would recommend anyone with any foot issues to try her reflexology...I was ready for another cortisone shot which would only have masked my pinched nerve pain but started seeing Tara regularly and have noticed a big difference in my pain level and overall condition of my feet. Thank you, Tara!!

Wow, I left feeling amazing! I took advantage of one of Holistic Hand's packages that included reflexology, infrared therapy and aroma therapy. I felt so relaxed and my body just melted into the table. After my session, I felt like a million bucks! Her pricing for this package is unbelievable and I am so happy to have found Tara!! If you haven't tried reflexology or haven't tried Holistic Hands YOU MUST!!! You are in for a treat!

I have been getting reiki and reflexology from Tara for approximately 5 years. I can honestly say that I didn’t really know what to expect when I first went, but I have done nothing but receive peace and tranquillity from my sessions. I have had some very stressful times and because of the sessions with Tara, i am emotionally stable and physically at peace. Doesn’t always make sense HOW it works but for me - a lifesaver. Yes I realize this sounds extreme. I am talking about myself and MY results. It worked for me.

I have been going to Holistic Hands for a number of years - initially in West Hartford Center and now in Farmington at The Bridge. I look forward to going to see Tara and enjoying my hour of blissful relaxation. I never realized how much the pressure points on my feet could affect other parts of my body - but they do!! I’ve tried several other reflexologist and Tara is the BEST!!
