I had a fantastic experience with The Used Tire store!
I neglected my tires even though I knew they were getting old. This of course happens when my husband and are going through a rough patch. We googled tires shops near us and Used tire came up!! My husband brought over our car and came back with new tires. At first the tires were doing great. Fast forward a week later we catch another nail. I called the shop and spoke with the manager Tony and He genuinely made it right. I’m grateful this tire place is around. I look forward to giving this establishment my business again.

I brought a classic vehicle here with some hard to size wheels. The guy working there looked at the rim and had several options and I left with a great deal on new tires. At other shops my '66 wasn't in their computers so they couldn't match a tire. Sometimes good old fashioned knowledge-based experience favors electronic based inventory systems. Would definitely recommend as a small and local shop with frie dly and helpful staff.

This is a fantastic shop if you need a second opinion and or a great deal on used tires. I got a flat tire and took it to Discount Tire where I usually buy my new tires and I was told that my flat was “beyond repair” and the only option I had was to buy a new tire. I really didn’t want to have to buy just one new tire and I didn’t have the money to replace all 4 tires with new ones so I went to The Used Tire Store in the hopes I can buy and replace my flat. I had two flats and was being quoted $500+ for tires (some that wouldnt even be in for a week) and that they couldnt repair the tires due to the wear on them by many other tire service shops. I took the chance to come here and Ill never look to go any where else, they repaired both tires to get me through until my new tires get here. The manager even looked at getting a set of four tires in under $400 for me. This is defiantly a small shop that does everything they can to make sure their customers are getting the best for their money and that their safe.

I had some issues with my wheels and tires that I purchased here. I'm not here to discuss the issue that brought me back in. I brought my car to check Tire leaking, rotation and balance all tires. I was watching for an hour and a half.
When I go for payment. The don't charge me or anything. I was wondering why but since I wait for that long I decided to just go. And the censer about tire still on.
Now my husband took my car to check at Discount tire shop since I told him the story. My tire had a BIG screw, NOT balance (I can feel when I drive) So I wait for 1.30hr and they just put air pressure on the one that had problem!!

I'm mixed about this place, don't get me wrong they took care of me especially after I bought a tire and the next morning it was flat and when I took it back to them, with my receipt, there were no questions asked, they immediately replaced the tire and I was on my way to work within 30 minutes, which was cool. Now, I have been to this place 3 times within the last 6 weeks or so (one of those times was when they replaced the tire I bought the day before) and each time it takes them several minutes to even acknowledge that I walked the store. It wasn't like they were on the phone or helping another

Piss poor customer service. Wasn't acknowledged when I came in, had to ask for help, was charged for service before being completed. Then I asked can you do it right now as I have somewhere to be. 20 mins later they hadn't even pulled my car in. Prices were higher than any other used tire store I've been to. Work was done well I guess. I would not recommend at all.

First time customer and just going for a quick service; tire rotation. Pretty busy at the time about 45- hour wait. No "how can I help you'" or I'll be right with you", for about 10 minutes. Finally I get greeted, asked my question, I had another question concerning my car but I was rushed. I just wonder if it's like that on a daily basisUnprofessional and wasn't even concerned.

I went in today to get some new used tires for me 2003 Ford Explorer (got it CL but the prev owner told me they need replaced. I was greeted politely store is clean. Service was awesome.I was in and out in under an hour and that was me just doing a walk in.

GF had a runabout tire go south and as one would not think, all tire shops are pretty much closed on Sundays.
In comes The Used Tire Store....Paul! This gentleman not only had the used tire we needed but hooked it all up and got us on our way in 15 minutes.
Incredible service, Paul was amazing, super polite and helpful.
In a pinch when tire shops are closed on Sundays or not...consider this shop!

Life savers. Waited all day for my tow and got there 1 minute after closing- they stayed late changed my tire and had us in and out in minutes. No hassle, good pricing 58$ after tax and easy to work with- just dropped off swapped tire and on my way within 20 minutes. Nice waiting area with fridge and coffee and seating.

I had a flat with a HUGE nail in it. Had it towed, and they fixed it for free! The staff here is very fun and friendly. They just make you feel welcome!
Had to come back because that hole was just too extreme. They got me right in again and took great care of me! The prices are awesome and so is the service.
I will never go anywhere else for my tires!

Purchased a set of Blizzacks from these guys last winter. Brought my car into the shop and about 5 mins later was told that one of the tires wasn't usable. They set me up with a "temporary" 4th tire and assured me that they would get ahold of another Blizzack ASAP.
My car sit's low to the ground. My car also had brand new Niche wheels and P-Zero tires as well. When you are dealing with lifting a low sitting vehicle, you have to make sure you block up the vehicle so that the sides of the lift don't damage the rocker panels of the car.
