I scheduled a complimentary home audit, when the day came nobody showed up. I called them the next day, and they said they had technical difficulties with their computer system.
I scheduled another audit (3 weeks later because they are busy), and again, the auditor was a no-show.
I understand that there is only one person who does the free audit and that he is booked weeks out. It would've been nice to have gotten a phone call to tell me that he is not coming. I've had to rearrange two of my weekdays around now only to have nothing come of it.

100% recommend this company. We have put extensive renovations into our home the past few years and have had dozens of contractors and workers in our house. These folks by FAR and away are the best choice we have ever made. Not only were they on time every day, they did an extraordinary and thorough job with insulating and rebuilding access in our complex attic and crawl spaces and cleaned up so well each of the four days they were here that it was as though nobody had been here at all. From the time I first contacted them and spoke with Jody she was so personable and made me feel totally at ease in scheduling a no obligation energy audit when the auditor Peter came over, I was amazed at the thoroughness of the audit and no pressure.
