Services
Special Metals Supply specializes in turning, horizontal, vertical, and five-axis small-volume and CNC machining work. We work directly with OEM manufacturers who provide parts to help us engineer and fabricate component cases, such as cable telephone, industrial GPS, and other boxes of similar sizes.
Our experts die cast a wide variety of materials, the three most common of which include zinc, magnesium, and aluminum. Shop sizes range in weight from two grams to 50 kilos. Zinc: the easiest metal to cast; high ductility; high impact strength; easily plated; economical for small parts; promotes long die life.
