They don't price their stuff on the internet so you have to call and then they either don't answer the phone or answer and then put you on hold forever. Tried all day to reach them about a piece of farm equipment for my farm 15 miles away and finally gave up. This is the sort of business that is usually out of business in a little while, which would be another reason not to buy from them.

Friendly staff and the owner was extremely nice and easy to deal with. I went to the store to buy a Bad Boy mower with my father. They worked with us to get the price we wanted and they even bought my dads "clunker" mower (an old toro) for $500.00. We had a battery issue after the first week (dead cell in battery). We took the mower back to the shop and they replaced for free within 30 minutes! Great customer servive!
The mower has worked great for so far. The store is also very clean and stocked well.

Nathan the parts guy was super friendly, helped me with all my parts I needed. Even allowing me to text him pictures to help explain what I needed since I was from out of town oh and even answered some questions on the different mowers they carry .
I thought they had fair prices

This place sucks at customer service. They absolutely don't have their ducks in a row when it comes to communication with the customer. Plus the employees here don't seem to care either. They are there just to get a check and go home. They left me in the dark on the repairs for my lawnmower for days until it was time to pay then I heard from them. Couldn't never get them on the phone before the job was done to check on things. Oh and the mechanic liked to take days off too so that took longer, guess they only hired one.

Dishonest people that will never get my business again. Spent $56.00 to have my trimmer repaired. The man said they cleaned the carb in the ultrasonic cleaner. Got home and trimmer ran great. Next day, trimmer won't start again, which was the original problem. Removed carb and found it had never been removed from the motor and was caked with dirt. Bought new carb and installed and all is working great. Don't waste your money here!!

Very deceptive on bad boy mower, warranty. Only have 50 hours on my new mower that I paid over $6k for and learning very little is covered under warranty at all. Gary Jolly really talked up the warranty that I'm learning is barely about worth the paper it was written on. When I told Mr Jolly he should be ashamed of himself he just shrugged his shoulders. Shop is rude and EXTREMELY over priced! Not a very good experience here. I would not recommend to any one.

Very friendly service as soon as you walked into the building. Building looked like it was stocked well maintained and very clean. I went to the store to look at the bad boy mowers and was presently surprised that they had all current models in stock and that they did all the warranty work, service, and had a huge selection of parts! Overall it really changed my mind on how a dealership should be ran
