Wanted him to do some minor work on a couple doors in my house. He came and looked at them and said he would be back the following week once he got some parts. Never called, never came by. I finally called him again and he said he had been busy and would call me when he got back to the office. Once again he never called.
Would have been fine if he just said he was too busy for my small job, but instead he was unreliable and led me along for no good reason.

Tom showed me pictures of his Commercial Door work! Wow! Impressive craftsmanship, and handy work to make all of these commercial doors look and feel great. He's looking at moving into a larger space to make working on his clients projects more efficient. He doesn't have many walk in customers, but a couple of really good repeat commercial customers.
