Services
Pick up time: Routes may change from week to week due to adding new customers. In order to insure your stop is not missed, trash must be out night before your scheduled pickup day. Backdoor service: Trash is to be left at the top of customer's driveway in a designated area. Customers with backdoor service MUST abide by the following:.

Have liked these guys for a while. But I'm very disappointed today. Today I learned that they are skipping the next pick-up entirely in order to give their drivers a four-day weekend for Christmas, and then delaying the following week's pick-up from Thursday to Friday.
I think it is great they are giving their drivers a long, Christmas weekend. But I don't think leaving 40% of their customers (everyone who has a Thursday or a Friday pick-up) to manage 15-days of trash during the holidays is even fair customer service. They could have created other options, but didn't
