Our providers treat newborns to seniors and we serve as the first step for all of your healthcare needs. Preventative care aims to identify and/or prevent any health problems that may cause acute or chronic disease or medical health emergencies. At VitalCare Family Practice, we are here for you in your time of need.
He serves as both the medical director for Virginia Care Partners, and as an Assistant Clinical Professor at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine, Department of Family Medicine. Dr. Shah cares for patients of all ages and has a special interest in working with athletes and treating sports related injuries.
Born and raised in Jamaica, Dr. Haffizulla received her bachelor of science and doctor of medicine from The University of the West Indies. She then completed an internship at KingstonPH before serving as a Resident in Family Practice at Carilion Family Medicine with Carilion Health Systems. Dr. Haffizulla is currently an associate professor with VCU Health/Medical College of Virginia.
Dakota Nolden joins VitalCare Family Practice as a Physician Assistant. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Virginia Commonwealth University and her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at South University. Her special areas of interest include neurology, preventative medicine and working with the diverse patient populations within the Richmond area.
Michelle Maggi joins VitalCare as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Michelle has always had a special place in her heart for pediatrics. She loves to watch her pediatric patients grow and develop and especially loves building those special bonds with her patients and their families. She and her husband Tyler live in Richmond, VA.
