First Class in every area. Here's a list of what they did at my house, which was Bullt in 1957. Camera ed my Main Sewer line, then pressure cleaned it. Re
placed my hot/could cut offs in each bathroom . Replaced my hot/could faucets in both tub/showers. Installed 2 new 1.28 Gallon toilet and a new predistal sink. Excellent communication with Patricia, and every Tech they dispatched to my house. They were on time every time. Quality of service Was Excellent. Very fair billing. They are now my go to plumbing Company. I highly recommend them ,Give them a try, you won't be dissapointed.

If I could give 100 stars I would! From the customer service, to the work itself, I couldn’t be happier. After purchasing my home, I found out I needed to repipe my entire downstairs. Trust Rooter made a very stressful situation a lot more manageable. Manny was very patient, and explained everything to me along the way. Even the owner Robin stopped by and checked in. I truly hope I don’t need a plumber again anytime soon, but I would call Trust Rooter without hesitation again if I did. Robin and his crew are very kind, professional, hard working, and fairly priced. They came out immediately to assess our emergency situation and got right to work.
We had a pipe break on the outside of our house, causing our plumbing to go into the backyard. I cannot explain how stressed out I was about this, but I texted photos to robin and he assured he he has seen worse. A job that I thought would take days was complete in one day. They worked hard and diligently.

I called mid morning and spoke with Patrica who quickly helped me schedule the service the same day. Robin assessed the shower, provided a quote and offered to unclog the shower one time. He only took a few minutes for the service and verified with us that the shower was unclogged. I love how professional he was and that he wore shoe covers! He was very friendly and answered all of the questions I had. He offered a estimate for relocating our shower drain and we will be using their service for all plumbing renovations in the future.

I had someone come in to repair my jammed garbage disposal. I told the technician that my cold water was turned off because it was leaking, which should have been besides the point. He unjammed my disposal for $200 but then turned back on the cold water and left. Of course it was leaking because that was not what was repaired.
I had the guy come back because I don't expect to see a flooded kitchen after a plumber has been in for repairs. I could have turned it right off again but I was angry about it and it was a shock that he left it that way.

Very overpriced work - I would look elsewhere. We have used them twice and were left feeling unsatisfied both times. They are nice guys so I wanted to give it a second shot but, unfortunately, same outcome. They came out the first time to fix a small leak from our toilet. He was able to fix it, but charged $150 for a small piece. They came out the second time for a water leak through our ceiling from an upstairs bathroom. They looked everywhere for the leak and could not find where it was coming from. They drilled a small hole and put a camera through it to try to find the leak, still no luck.

Our kitchen sink was clogged for days. We tried everything, not wanting to have a plumber in during COVID-19. We called Trust Rooter and got service the same day. Manuel had all the PPE for COVID-19 and walked me through everything. He provided an estimate that matched the final bill. The service was fast, clean and most importantly it worked. Problem solved.
