Jr helped me pick out a heater for my uncles apt, he was very helpful, excellent communication skills, professional, friendly, very knowledgeable about heaters & other products in the store. He carried the heater to my vehicle n thanked me for shopping at Don Abels. Told me to call if I had any questions. Great salesman, give him a raise!!

Let's start with friendly customer service. They have everything from heating, Plumbing, electrical, Building Supplies and also a good selection of Lumber in the backyard. If you can't find it at Home Depot, chances are you can find it at Don Abel's. I am definitely a return customer.

Each time I went they either didn't have what I needed or the stuff was completely clueless where it's located in their store. The prices aren't the best but it's a place to go as a last ditch effort to find something. It is the only place near the boat yards also.

We drove all over town to get manure and other soil amendments and no one had any except Don Abel's. The nice girl (from Alabama) answered our questions, wrote up our order and helped us to load the truck. First rate customer service! Much better that the other stores in town!
