I called made a appointment last tuesday evening for someone to look at my chair the man said he would bring fabics and no one came or ever called why they didn't come. I called 3 times spoke with a lady no return call will go to someone that cares about there customers

I had 4 pieces at different times done by Ken. I'm having him again do my sofa and chaise that he did 18 years ago. It lasted this long but my taste have changed.
I did have a piece done at another Upholstery place one time and the quality difference was so noticeable that I made sure I only go to Ken's!

Absolutely perfect. Had an old reclining chair that needed to be fixed & reupholstered. Could tell that a spring may have been bad too. Ken's was very professional & redid the chair beautifully in a dark green leather. They picked up & delivered after finishing. Cheaper than a new one? Slightly, but the chair was a quality chair and worth saving. As soon as I can save up a little more I will get it's twin done at Ken's too. Wish I could post a pic. (My mother in law, who gave us the chairs originally wants it back. Not gonna happen)
