We perform hundreds of examinations each year, including post-offer physicals, DOT, OSHA medical surveillance, preventive health, return to work, fit for duty, and others.

The receptionist is extremely rude and i was denied due to my mask and had to come back.There is a sign posted that says mask required i had one on and was still denied. Really should not allow people to push their personal views through the business. Came back said that i was ready they made me drink water anyways and and forcing me to wait after i have said that i have to go to the bathroom. Horrible place

The Receptionist is very rude. She lacks basic customer service skills. It seems like she intentionally avoids interacting with you. The Assistant Physician that looks like she could be Jerry Springers sister is very condescending. She talks to people like they are 5 years old. Do not ask her a question about your exam because she will start getting irritated. She is also very incompetent!!!! She failed to properly seal my urine analysis tube and it leaked on the way to the test lab.I got a call two days later from the very unapologetic Receptionist, telling me that I have to return for a second

Hours are 830am to 5pm and my sons father walked in at 4:25pm and they would not give him a drug test. This place doesn't care about people and are willing to cost working people their jobs. What is the point of hours if you close before than. They lady was very rude, my sons father broke his ankle at work and now our family has to suffer for these people not wanting to do their job.

Mark Pellegrino performed an exam on me on April 18th, 2016 for neck, shoulder and thoracic work related injuries. He grabbed my shoulders and twisted my body twice, I had to grab his arm so I wouldn't fall. 20 minutes after the exam, I was in the ER with rib spasms. My ribs were sore for a week. I also had bruises on my injured ankle and knee. He wrote in his report that I was exaggerating.
