I purchased some mattresses 2 months ago and referred my parents and brother to this store. Both my parents and brother bought a set of mattress in Harlingen. The Harlingen sales rep told my parents and brother that I should receive two free pillows or mattress covers for my two referrals. The sales rep also stated I could pick these free gifts at any location. I chose to go the the galleria next to Expressway 83 in McAllen. The so called manager, Mark Caldaza, was very smug and rude when I explained what I was told. He refused to give me the two free pillows after two trips to the store, and even
