Services
Physical therapy is designed to evaluate and treat patients with illnesses or injuries that impair their mobility and function. It involves a variety of techniques and treatment modalities that can help patients move and feel better. Since every patient is unique, you can expect a physical therapist to design a treatment plan that is ideal for your particular body, condition, and goals.
It can be frustrating to sustain an injury in an accident, especially if it was caused by the negligence of another party. If you've been hurt in a car accident, truck accident, pedestrian accident, slip and fall accident, or any other type of accident or incident, it's important to see medical treatment right away.
A trigger point is a tiny tightening knot that feels sensitive and tender when it's touched. Although trigger points can occur in virtually any area of the body, most trigger points are found on the neck, back, and shoulders. Unfortunately, once a trigger point makes its debut, it will remain unless a proper treatment is performed.
Osteoarthritis of the knee is a condition that typically develops in men and women over the age of 50. Since it's a progressive disease, it can make it more difficult to move your knee as time goes on. It can also cause a variety of uncomfortable symptoms including swelling, stiffness, and mobility problems.
A nerve ablation is performed to reduce certain types of chronic pain by preventing pain signals from transmitting to the brain. It is a completely safe procedure in which some of a patient's nerve tissue is destroyed or removed. This allows pain signals to be interrupted so that pain can be reduced.

Gerri is the worse nurse practitioner ever. Ashley and Angie were the best. Gerri is there to get rid of patients who are really in need of their pain medications. I would not recommend anyone to see her because she is always in people personal business that has nothing to do with her. However, she is the only one at this facility at the moment. Before Ashley and Angie left, no patients wanted to see her. The only thing the corporate office has to do is pull her record. I have never had any problems with my pain meds until she became my nurse practitioner. I pay cash out of my pocket to receive

The staff is nice, it has a very light and friendly atmosphere. It may be a great place to work, but it’s not so great to visit. My Mother started going here after her doctor died suddenly several years ago.
Since then, there have been 5 separate FPN’s, and now, thank goodness, our favorite has returned.
I’m not sure why that’s been happening, but am glad our favorite is back. We have experienced a few MAJOR SNAFU’s regarding prescriptions, but MOST of the time there’s no issue.
It’s a telephonic nightmare to try to reach anyone. The receptionist rarely answers and some of the

When I first called Chase answered and every time I called it was Chase again. He was very sweet and I decided to make an appointment. He said Northstar did not take Medicare or Cigna and I would have to pay $300. I came in, paid and had a less than 15 minute visit. Every visit was short and only about 3 employees smiled. My husband was killed and I was told my office visit came first if I wanted my medicine. No compassion at all. I find out they did take my insurance and denied what Chase said. Nurses nevered called back. The N.P. I saw left and then NO return calls at all. They had been doing

As a caregiver to an aged and handicapped parent (86) with acute rheumatoid arthritis, I cannot recommend this practice. The less than caring reception staff has a less than understanding attitude and lack empathy towards the aged patient. The change in personnel may have contributed to this situation. Aged patients do not do well with the myriad of automated computer questions. The computer skill requirements needed to navigate this tedious task are less than friendly to the elderly. All of this contributes to the dreariness of the treatment process. Consider another source for treatment for aged

I have been going here for three years and appreciate the kind and professional care I always receive. Ashley Pennington is excellent, I am thankful to be treated by her. The office staff and all other employees are very warm and helpful. I look forward to every appointment. I would recommend them to anyone- if you have chronic pain or recovering from any kind of surgery or trauma.
Update 4/11/2020 I am still very happy with the clinic. There have been many changes in staff that treats me since I started here, however each time I was blessed with a caring and understanding healthcare professional

Absolutely love this place & their staff! They are truly there to help you get back the best quality of life. When I came across any problems with the drug store, insurance, or even my workplace, my nurse practitioner was on top of it & got it resolved quickly. Speaking of the NP, they do have Dr.'s whose patients seem to be just as happy, but personally I don't know of any better treatment that could be received. The staff is very professional & friendly. They all work together & make it's a place that assures you help is there & available.
