The Pike Creek Reorganized Common Sewer District (the District) was formed by a vote of the residents within the initial boundaries in April of 1997. The issue to create the District was placed on a special ballot by the Butler County Circuit Court at the request of the Butler County Commission. The District was established as a common sewer district under Chapter 204 of the Revised Statutes of the State of Missouri.

The District has continuing authority over all of the area within its boundaries, as they may be amended from time to time. All registered voters within the District's boundaries vote on District ballot issues. A five member Board of Trustees is elected by registered voters in the District, with each Trustee elected to a five year term.

Pike Creek Reorganized Common Sewer District provides sewer services to residential and commercial customers in portions of Butler County, Missouri, lying North, West and South of the City of Poplar Bluff.
As a courtesy to our customers, Pike Creek accepts credit cards for you to pay your bill online. Pike Creek has partnered with Heartland Online Payment to provide the convenience of allowing you to pay your bill online via the District's website. Heartland and Pike Creek are working together to ensure that your credit card transactions are safe and secure.

You can pay your bill by mailing a check to the District office upon receipt of your bill. You can also pay by debit/credit by calling or coming in to the office at no charge. Pike Creek also can accept cash, checks, or money orders at the office. You may also set up an ACH auto debit (draft from your account account) or you can set up on auto bill pay through your bank.

The older lady that works in there has no customer service skills. She is always rude on the phone. If I had the choice I would not use this company what so ever.. something to think about the next time I move.

You get bills that you dont know what they're for ..like I got a high bill ..for a period that I wasn't living in the trailer i asked them what it was for ..they didnt answer me..but said im responsible for it..but also said they had not calculated my gallon usage yet ..Huh ? I wasnt even staying there yet..had used no water...So then how did you figure the high bill that you sent me ?? And warning ..If you fail to pay the deposit of $100 on time..they can plug up your sewer line..which to me is inhumane..but they don't care.

Customer service is terrible when dealing with the older lady. Seems a bit racist. The humans with darker skin shouldn't be treated any different. Can't wait until monopoly is over in this town's businesses and the competition arrives.
