Intro to Dance & Acro (Minnies): A 90 min long introduction to dance fundamentals and basic acro skills. Dance Classes: We offer a variety of hour long dance classes for each individual child's interests.
While most of our classes are geared towards children 12 and under, if you have an older child who is interested in learning some new skills we encourage you to give our office a call at 406-728-4258 for what possible options we might be able to offer your specific child.

The Movement Arts Club, affectionately referred to as MAC, is our spin on preschool with an emphasis on physical movement. We build an engaging learning environment to foster both emotional and social development as we help prepare your little one for grade school. While MAC is an excellent program on its own, it is also the perfect complement to any child's existing preschool.
When children have reached the level of maturity needed to function in a structured class without a parent at their side, they are ready to become a Fire Fly. In this class children will master foundational gymnastics skills on bars, beam, floor, and trampoline. Motor skill development and social skill development are also principle components of our preschool gymnastics programs.
This program is called our "All-Around"program because it includes each of the traditional events of women's gymnastics. The name "All-Around" also describes the well-rounded fitness experience that training on each event provides. For example, training on beam includes basic dance, balance, core body strength, and graceful movement.
The Tramp and Tumble program at roots provides a broad base of skills students can use to pursue further goals in gymnastics and virtually every other activity in which aerial awareness and coordination are a priority. By utilizing multiple kinds of trampolines and floor spaces, students will be exposed to a variety of techniques and skills that will improve their athletic ability in an engaging environment.

My daughter had an ACL surgery this past year and was trying to return to the sport she loves. She was struggling to get some skills to compete as a level 9 this season. She started attending sessions at Roots to help develop these specific skills, but it has morphed into her transferring to the Roots team. She loves the coaches. The girls have welcomed her with open arms. It has been a really positive experience. Thank you!!

It is last few games of the Utah Jazz games and like every year they are very important games as to where they will land in playoffs or if they will get in playoffs. And then you have the Mariners baseball with the first few games of the 1000 that they play throughout the season that ABSOLUTELY MEAN NOTHING at this point of the year. And yet whoever it is who makes the decisions there at your station (should be fired) chooses the 1st games of a LOOOONG baseball season over playoff intensity Basketball game?? Hmmmm I'm guessing.. Well I wont guess I will just say you should really take a look at

Our 4 year old and 6 year old have really enjoyed their beginner classes at Roots Acro Sports Center. The coaches they've had have been excellent in working with them as well as the other kids in their classes. The staff & coaches have been nothing but patient and encouraging! I've noticed that they push the kids (on their individual level) to stretch their limits so they will grow and progress instead of just running the kids through the drills with no concern. We've noticed a difference in the kids coordination which will without question, help them in their other sporting activities.
