Scrub N Up

Pay attention to what you're getting!! I had the staff help me try to find a medium in what few scrubs they had left only to find out when i got home that they gave me large pants instead... when I went back a few days later, they refused to exchange them. So I have a pair of band new, very large pants that I paid $30 for and cannot wear... l

I’m here now…and have been here for maybe 10-15 minutes. At first they couldn’t find the shirts- we come here for embroidery and patch services. We received a call letting us know they were ready… but yet here I am still waiting. Unfortunately this isn’t new. We’ve been coming here for years and they are usually running late. The machine does a great job of embroidering on the shirt and the patches definitely stay on. Perhaps better communication and punctuality on the staffs part.

Super awesome ... They just need a bigger supply of men's nursing uniforms and to make sure they have all sizes available.

Great place to get your uniforms. I pick a full uniform here. I live about hour away and had to where at work at 5pm. The lady got my uniforms to me the same day after getting to fit right. Couldn't be more happy.

I have made two purchases with this business, spending approximately $500 total. With both of those purchases, they had to place special orders because my size was not in stock (small petite bottoms and small top). Most recently, I had an order placed on 2/3. Because of a mix up with their ordering process, I am still waiting on half of my order as of today (2/13) and was told it will be another 10 business days before I get the rest of my items. From this point forward, I will be taking my business to Scrubs World in Ontario where they actually have proper inventory and better service.

My biggest issue with this place is their hours. They don't work well with a lot of schedules. I feel like every time I show up, theyre closed. They have a decent collection of scrubs. I consider them pricey but most scrubs are. Customer service is hit & miss, mostly a miss though. Like others have said, its 1 of 2 stores up here to get scrubs/uniforms so we don't have much of a choice. I hope they read these reviews & consider some changes.

I'd say that I had a good experience at this store. The customer service was great, and everyone was very helpful. I ordered my Sheriff uniform from them and they had all the supplies I needed in stock. The prices are a little high, but I would rather shop local than drive down the hill. Overall, very friendly and it was nice that they tailored my outfit.

This place is so bad they dont even deserve the 1 star poor rating. More like a no star extremely poor rating would be better fitting. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. First of all they are very poorly managed. Their uniforms and accessories are of such poor quality, you are bound to have some complaint. But you might as well forget about it. Once you buy it you are stuck with it and forget about the management working with you, for the manager is the most uncooperative and rudest one out of them all. These people are all about the all mighty dollar, and not customer service
