We work closely with dance instructors and take a personal interest in the needs of the students. Our staff recognizes that the proper fitting of dance shoes is critical to the health and success of the student.
We carry a very large inventory of dance shoes for nearly every style of dance in our store of approximately 3,000 square feet. Among the shoes we carry are pointe, ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical, hip hop and ballroom shoes. We also do specialized pointe shoe fittings with our expert-trained fitters. Our experienced and personable staff will give you personal care to help you determine the proper fit for your new shoes.

Super friendly from the moment we walked into the store. Greeted right when we walked in and helped immediately, was looking for my daughter's first pair of ballet shoes, they helped her fit into the perfect pair, the prices are great and the items are great quality. I will be returning here whenever my daughter is in need of more ballet things

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They assisted in finding the right dance shoes for my daughter and were very patient. I feel like the prices in the store went up and when I mentioned what dance school we were with I didn’t receive a discount as I did the previous time shopping there. The pros of going into the physical store is to get the proper fit but the cons are the prices could be on the higher end.

I would give this place a 0 if possible! The front desk woman was incredibly rude...no one offered to help my wife or daughter (who was ecstatic to be there)...my wife took my daughter to the shoe section and the two teenage girls working their had zero customer service skill and didn't even speak with her...we waited patiently for over 15 minutes while no one spoke to us then when no one offered to help my wife saw the shoes for my daughter so she grabbed them for my little girl...the teenager working there barked at my wife that she has to help us and then proceeded to tell the other teenager

Cons: DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE POC (person of color). Right when I walked in EVERYONE was staring at me. I was VERY uncomfortable and nobody greeted me or asked if I needed any help. On top of that, when I was walking to the place I needed to go. People were still staring at me. Yes, it is normal to check who is at the door. However, it is NOT normal to have all customers and employees STARE AT YOU. It was very uncomfortable. I've talked to my other POC friends and all have agreed with me. Everyone said that their own experiences there were HEAVILY

Was there July 1st. My first time at a dance wear store. The girl who helped us was very nice, even helped my daughter try on her tap and ballet shoes and explained the different options. What could've been kind of overwhelming (especially being there with a moody toddler) turned out to be a great experience. Would definitely reccomend!

Wonderful and immediate personal service! My daughter is starting up in dance, and we were able to get one-on-one help finding the right sizes for everything. I loved the time taken to help us (trying on shoes, explaining to me how they decide the right fit, discussing things that can be done to adjust shoe comfort, etc.). It was so fantastic that I didn't have to do any guesswork with sizes or wonder if things were fitting correctly. Aside from all that, my 4yo daughter loved the experience and wanted to carry her pink bag of dance clothes all the way home. I would 100% recommend this shop!

Small store in old town. Could use some updating but customer service is awesome. Not really sure how many places like this are in the area where we can get dance outfits and shoes for my little dancer but glad we have one. Nothing beats being able to try on tap and ballet shoes in the store versus ordering online. The ladies who helped us were super nice and knowledgeable.

We drove all the way from the Palm Springs area to purchase our pointe shoes. The customer service was exceptional. I love family run businesses, they treated everyone so well. They were extremely helpful in finding everything we needed for our new pointe dancer and they have a wonderful selection of leotards, tights, accessories and much more! I found everything to be reasonably priced and everyone was just so pleasant. We look forward to visiting again. We would recommend this shop for ALL your dancing needs.

Everything you need if you are a dancer - which I'm not but my kids are!! Exceptional service, the owner was very nice and patient with our newbie questions, and explained to our 10yr old the differences in outfits which really made the experience so much better. Sure, you might bet stuff cheaper somewhere else, but if you want quality and selection to choose from, this is the place.

I'm so grateful my dance studio recommended this place. My daughter was starting her little tap/ballet combo class and I was pricing all the gear she needed just to get started I just started seeing . But when I looked them up online, I realized they had a beginners package that included everything I needed....for cheaper than what I would've paid online or even at Walmart...getting everything separately.
The staff was super helpful when I went in and fitted my daughter for everything. It was a great experience.

This little family owned dance store is a gem! They've always been so helpful I won't go anywhere else! Have a question ASK! Need to be sized for shoes DONE! Both my daughters get so excited once we pull into the parking lot. Being on two different dance teams practice wear, tights and shoes are always needed! Love the friendly staff and the whole experience! Will be returning over and over!

I only gave 2 stars after this kind man said how we were doing. But this old lady was so rude. I brought in my dog and she asked if I could hold him I said sure and picked him up then she went off about how she doesn't allow non service dogs into the store. I am always aware of a sign that states no dogs because I am only home 1-2 days a weeks after school and work and want to spend some times out. Then she looked at me with the snarkiest remark on her face asking if I was going to do anything about the dog after I picked up the dog. Then my mom and sister waited in line for 10 minutes I went

It was our first time trying on tap and ballet shoes and they were very patient while picking out what size and brand would be most beneficial to us. They have a very large selection and we were able to find exactly what we needed. We were helped fast and with a screaming toddler that meant the world to us. We will be back for all our dance needs!

We went here for some dancewear and they turned out to be pleasant and helpful! They started out a little rude because they were pretty busy, but the time spent with us and accommodating our needs were top notch! They didnt even mind staying to help after the store had closed. I would recommend this store for their selection and helpfulness!

Super great!! I arrived today 40 minutes before the store opened by accident. I parked in the store's designated spot and then realized I was very early. I sat in my car for a second trying to decide how in the world I was going to fill the gap of time waiting for them to open. Super awesome... One of the store associates saw me and actually came out to my car and invited me in to get what I needed. Saved 40 minutes of my day!! They are always very helpful and courteous. Not to mention they always seem to have what we need!!

I've been buying dancewear from Strictly Workout Wear for 20 years - the store has great prices and an amazing selection of dance shoes and clothing. Elaine knows just how to fit the shoes so they fit properly. They have shoes for little kids and also for working professional dancers. My daughter has special ordered shoes from them and they always fit perfectly.
