Services
Coy Talley is the founding principal of Talley Associates and is responsible for the overall design leadership of the firm. He has been actively involved in a variety of projects including the programming, master planning and design of academic campuses, healthcare facilities, corporate facilities, hospitality, large mixed-use development projects, museums, and parks.
Our focus is on the integration of building and site, which we believe is inherently sustainable. We approach each site and landscape design in a context sensitive manner, incorporating what we see as the "layers" of the site design elements, views and exposure, hardscape, grading and drainage, site lighting and graphics, and landscape planting design.
