Ursula graduated at age 19 from Texas A & M University in College Station, Texas, with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management.

I came to Ursula anxiety ridden and with a overwhelming sense of hopelessness about my legal situation where I was facing time, Public Attorney told me he would do nothing even though he could and other lawyers I talked to gave off the impression as they just wanted as much money they could get. I was given a ridiculous ticket for “driving on the sidewalk” when I was involved in a single car accident. I hit a pole. It was an a-c-c-i-d-d-e-n-t. I called to make an appointment and the lawyer herself answered the phone, which is very unusual. No problem though. Scheduled an appointment. The day of the appointment, the staff called asked if we could come in an hour later, and we agreed. When we showed up, the lawyer was not there. We waited around for 15 minutes and she never showed up. Later she did call to apologize. I did appreciate that.

My parents set up their living trust with Ms. Gordwin and after they died, I made an appointment with her to read the will and find out what I had to do as the executor. She was incredibly kind and personable and gave me a lot of good information I needed to move forward with the process. Beware of hiring this attorney. She will not fight for your rights or interview witnesses as she says. There were 5 witnesses in our case and she interviewed 1 for "3 minutes"; and that was over the phone. Yes, I said "3 minutes" and did not record a word of it. Most importantly, she would not interview the officer involved and allowed the state to intimidate her from doing so. The officer was NOT a victim and should have been available for an interview. As a result she had NO CLUE the officer was going to change his story on the stand and therefore was not prepared to call

DO NOT HIRE URSALA! She doesn't care, isn't professional, and may leave you open ended on a case. She does not keep you updated. I'm sorry but she will be paid 1/3 of my settlement and doesn't even return my phone calls!!!

Attempted to hire Ursula Gordwin for a personal injury situation. The office was very prompt when I tried to initially get information. After I confirmed I'd like to go ahead and contract with them for this case they became impossible to speak with. After multiple attempts to email and call for more information on how to proceed with support, I either received no email back or the person on the line said they didn't know try calling back later. I can't speak on the services provided because they never returned any phone calls or emails.
