First off I drove past at least 10 or 15 stores coming from AZ to come see JC Gibbs at Wheels In Motion to buy a new Polaris RZR. Absolutely hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Not to mention he is Top 5 down to you earth honest hard working human beings I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. Not overshadow the rest of the staff in parts(sorry you had to count all the money the bank only had 20’s)Finance tipping my hat to you. Craig is the man to see here. I'm in the market for a new Ducati Multisrada s sport, and these guys had the one I was looking for.
Craig was lightning fast with a text responses, they're pricing was fair and he answered all of my questions. No hidden fees or surprise up-charges. The out the door price was the asking price plus delivery and license. At the end of the day, I ended up committing to a bike that was just much closer to me. Craig was a perfect gentleman about it and just told me to reach out to him if he could help me in the future. I can't imagine not eventually buying

I came in Sunday to looking for a rzr. Talked to Larry over the phone and he had me drive out there after he told me they is no dealer mark up and that they still had a unit I was interested in. I get there and I'm asking around for Larry and couldn't find him. Finally get to this nice gentleman named JC. Super cool dude, after Larry sees me outside after some snake salesman goes to let him know I was talking to someone (I'm assuming). Larry pulls me from JC. I felt bad for JC the way Larry handled it. It was degrading and humiliating.

UPDATE: WIM got into motion and got my generator fixed. I had contacted other Yamaha dealers and was about to pick up my unit and take it elsewhere but received a call from Wheels in Motion that my generator was fixed. I did not think they would have it fixed but they did. I really don't mind waiting just set expectations at the start and most people will understand. Thanks for getting the work done, worked perfectly!

I just recently purchased a 2020 Yamaha R6 and dealt with Hugo Fierro as the salesman. He was great from start to finish and was very responsive to text messages & phone calls and gave me a great OTD price!
I live in Arizona and have never purchased a vehicle out of state before and he made it very easy and explained everything in depth and was great at answering all my questions!
The only thing that could have been a little quicker was completing all the paperwork and getting it sent out to me which wasn't his fault because he was on vacation and the other people in the finance department were

Hugo Fierro is a standup guy and a solid customer service provider. I had inquired with a few dealers locally for a price quote, and sad to say I got nowhere with them.
I called in after finding the bike online, Hugo picked up and answered a few questions I had. I then asked for a price quote with a detailed breakdown and lo and behold, I got one with no hesitation, pushback, or attitude. That's all it took, honesty and transparency.
I'm a firm believer there's always a better deal out there, but good customer service is priceless and this is what sold me. I'm more than happy

I recently just made a purchase of my very first motorcycle here last Wednesday and it went very well. I originally went to DelAmo Motorsports in Redondo Beach, only because it is drastically closer to me then WIM. I went to buy my first bike and they gave me the worst experience. They did not care at all for my business. Luckily I came across a deal online that WIM had and went down there the next day. Craig was the guy that made it all possible for me. I'll start by saying I have never bought a motorcycle before. Or a car. This was my first time at this dealership after having it been recommended to me by someone I used to work with. I would pass by it everyday to work but never stopped by. Almost 2 years from my last review, Hugo FIerro did it again. He got me a great deal on the bike of my dreams. A 2020 Ducati Diavel 1260.
Aside from getting me a great deal, he showed alternate options and helped me make in decision with finances, accessories, etc. He spent a good deal of time with me reviewing the operation of the bike to ensure smooth transition from a 400 to a a 1260 on the delivery date!!!
Also a shoutout to Julian at service department, along with Mike and Danny at the parts department. They provided their honest feedback and opinion which made me comfortable in dealing

This building has made a long life customer and they are happy to see me come back. Hugo hooked up the deal on a yzf r3, I am for sure gonna buy my next bike with them and I would trying to get my friends to buy from them. Every was such a great help everyone showed me everything I needed to know. Jameson (service manager) has the best advice He gives the best customer service to everyone talk to him if you need anything done to your bike. This place has the best service and always helping people with their service needs.
