These guys are awesome! So down to earth and they genuinely want to help you. My review is coming a few months late, but either way, I had a fantastic experience with these guys. They really did their best to work around me and my schedule. They came out to my job and found out that they had the wrong windshield for my car, so they worked with my car dealer to get the right one. They kept me informed throughout the entire process. When they received the right windshield, I was out of the country, so they called again a few days later and were able to come out to my apartment to fix my windshield

Excellent service all around! They took care of the insurance part, came to my office working with my schedule, and then 1 hour later....a brand new crystal clear windshield! I had a great experience with AAA glass. They showed up on time to fix my windshield, and the person that came out to fix it was very friendly and professional. My automatic windshield wipers didn't work well after the windshield replacement, and I called to let them know, and they sent a technician out the next day to fix it at not cost and now everything works great. They made everything so easy to schedule and get my windshield repaired.

After having an appointment canceled at one of their competitor's, I called and AAA put me on the schedule for a time that was most convenient for me. They called before coming to my place of business to confirm I'd be there and arrived promptly.
They did the work almost as expected and I would have given them five stars if they hadn't made two very minor errors. John and Tim made this whole process incredibly easy. I had contacted two other companies at the same time, and not only did AAA give me the lowest quote by far, they were able to come out to my house sooner than the other two companies - two days after I first called.
After my original quote, I asked John whether I would be receiving OE equivalent or aftermarket glass for the rear slider window on my pickup truck. I was told it would be OE equivalent, which turned out to be untrue. John called me back to apologize for misspeaking, and proceeded to get the OE equivalent special ordered for next
