Services
The certification process will take approximately 35 minutes. You will be given five, 5-minute timed tests. Upon completion of your tests, a printed certificate will be provided with the best score from all 5 tests. We will also email to you a digital version of your certificate. The typing certificate will include your name, the gross and net words per minute, and the signature of the test attendant.
We'll network for you. Our daily interactions inside and outside the office increase the number of companies who will know about you. We have served over six thousand companies since 1970. We'll represent you to employers who aren't actively looking. Our thorough understanding of our clients allows us to present appropriate candidates whether or not a current opening exists.
There are many great resume-writing websites and services so we are providing you with some tips that we have found to be important, in our view, in helping you get the right job. Spellcheck your resume, but do not rely solely on this tool, since it is not always accurate. After spellchecking, proofread your resume, and have a second person proofread it as well.
Use details from past career accomplishments, or education if you are entry-level, support "the fit" with specific information targeted toward the company's needs. You should be aware of the company's needs through pre-interview research and or, questions/dialog which you have already had during the interview.
Even though we've been told for the last 8 years that the American economy is better and unemployment is down, we all know, at least in the areas outside the metropolitan areas that the job market is still tough. There are millions looking for jobs and millions who have given up. There's a saying that you're more likely to get a job if you have a job, which we find to be true.

I have tried to work with Denham over 25 years or so. When I came back to Fresno I immediately got their attention and they had some potential spots for me, all very under my skill level and less than 40% of what I was used to making.
Shoot to this go around 2018-2021, I signed up again, made sure they had my accurate information and had an informational interview. Without pointing out people that work there, I will say they are disorganized! They had far out of date information on me from 20 years prior, no matter how many times I resent them my resume, home address and contact numbers.

What a bad experience I had with this so-called agency! They don't even deserve ONE star - If zero stars was a choice, that is exactly what they would get! I had an online interview all set up and got all ready, made sure my camera was on,made sure I was professionally presentable, then 40 minutes before the interview was to begin, they FINALLY got around to sending me a Simple-Simon e-mail saying my interview had been cancelled because the person scheduled to the interview was "Out Sick".!!! I'd give them no stars if I could. I have applied for over 5 positions and I am very qualified. It's pretty sad that I have yet to get a reply of ANY kind. I have even called the office and spoke to Fabrizia and she very quickly told me that if my skills match the job, I will be notified. This place used to be so different. You could come in and get skills testing done, help with your resume, and take typing test. Now you cant even speak to someone over the phone unless they think your "skills" match a job they posted. I'll take my skills and my talent elsewhere. Thanks

Interning at Denham has been an amazing experience. Everyone is friendly and professional. Everyone that works here is passionate about helping people. Would not recommend them to assist with job placement. My experience was awful. Terrible initial interview by DD as she fixated on the wrong things and asked inappropriate and irrelevant questions, including my salary history. She was to submit me to a company which had more than one opening. I had to contact her for status of my submission and also, at her request, let her know if I accepted any other employment. I was transparent with her that I had been interviewed but had no offers yet, so was continuing my search. I called today to let her know I received an offer. Only then did she
