I scheduled a carpet cleaning with them through their website. They called me the next day to confirm. I told them that my roommates and I would be moving out on Thursday and that they could come in at noon on Friday to do the cleaning. Since no one was going to be in the house on Friday they asked if they could come in earlier than noon which I said was fine. I never got a call or message from them saying that they had gone and done the cleaning. I also did not receive an email with the amount I would need to pay. I tried to call them multiple times they NEVER answer their phone and they do not

Completely untrustworthy company. We scheduled a move out cleaning and carpet cleaning that they never showed up for. We had a confirmed appointment, they cancelled it without informing us and left us with a day to realize we had to clean the house ourself and find someone else to clean the carpets. After this they refused to return our calls or even provide an explanation. We called the main number and their emergency numbers and got no response at all even from their emergency numbers. Do not trust these people.

I called Pure Clean Tech to help with water concerns in my crawlspace. They made time to come out right away and also gave options on what they would suggest to fix the problem. They went above and beyond to keep checking in to make sure everything was going okay and were available to answer any questions I had. Even living out in Belgrade they would make the trip out to keep checking on the water level, making sure everything was working okay - even outside of normal business hours. I highly recommend!

If you don't mind them not even bothering to show up for your appointment, much less provide any notice... They were great on the phone helping me deal with a spill, said they couldn't come out til 3PM they next day. At 4:30pm, after reappeared messages, they still haven't shown up, called or sent a text. Why bother to schedule the appointment in the first place?

Pure clean techs did an excellent job cleaning our carpets!
I called to make an appointment and they informed me that if I booked online I would save $20. The online booking form doesn't let you enter certain things (for example the only carpeted area in our apartment was the stairs) but when they called me back they assured me that when the tech arrived they would give me a quote based on the actual areas to be cleaned.
The tech arrived on time for our appointment. He was friendly, thorough (made sure our wool and silk area rug was taken care of), and gave us a great deal on our cleaning
