The worst. Had 2 false alarms. The latest false alarm went off at 3:30am waking my 3 year old daughter who was terrified. I asked them to come check the system and they sent out 2 guys who said nothing was wrong. I was not told beforehand that there would be a $60 call out fee. Got told on the phone, “It’s your responsibility to maintain the system, you’re out of warranty”. She wouldn’t budge on the fee. I told her she would lose my business. She didn’t care. Don’t use this company. They don’t care about anything but the bottom line.
