380 Motorsports

Stopped in to inquire about a dirt bike. Staff was very rude and wouldn't let me use the bathroom because "it's for customers only". Even though I was considering spending $5000 on a dirt bike, still not considered a customer. Left immediately and will never return.

I'm new to Texas and I had been having issues with my Beta 390-RRS for months. I took my bike to the mechanic that I bought my bike from and he did a lot of work and charged me a lot of money, but he never actually fixed the problem. Cassidy was meticulous at taking his time to accurately diagnose the problem. He ordered the parts, installed them and tested and retested them to make sure everything worked properly. I also asked Cassidy to fix some other small issues which he promptly did. My bike finally runs like new and he charged me a fraction of what my other mechanic charged me.

Finally purchased a 21 Beta Xtrainer and it is wonderful, best dirt bike I have ever owned! I was a little hesitant to purchase a Beta since I have never really been around them but it’s great! I have to say the reason I purchased the Beta was because of the people at 380. I must have visited 380 over 8 times with questions before purchasing and was always helped out and they remember who you are! Needless to say I will continue to support this business because the people here are great and I love my new Beta.

It’s nice to finally find a place where people like Cassidy and Nichole treat you like you matter. I may be just a casual weekend rider but they take the time to treat me like I matter and not just a dollar sign or target for a sale. Very nice experienced family oriented shop. I also ordered some upgrades for my sons bike. Can't wait to take my sons bike and turn them loose on it! If you have not visited 380 Motorsport your missing out!

380 Motorsports is the best shop in Wise County and the surrounding area. Cassidy is far and away the best technician around and he is the only one I let work on our bikes. He does race prep on our race bikes, and normal maintenance on our dirt bikes and street bikes. Last summer he re-jetted our bikes for a Colorado trip and prepped the bikes. They ran great the entire trip and we never had to pull a tool out of the tool box. We also got a great deal on our new Beta. It's a family owned shop that cares about all their customers whether they race or are casual riders.

Hard to find good mechanics, this place is phenomenal, honest work and labor does a great job with all bikes, had our bike decked with decals there and race prep, bike is perfect now, has used and new stuff for sale huge knowledge bank...

Great shop very very good people, we trust Cassidy with all our bikes. His attention to detail is what we want, we ride our bikes hard on the weekends and he keeps us running. When he sees something wrong he points it out and gives us option to address when required. We could not be happier with the level of service we receive. It’s the only place for us

I found this place on the Internet a couple of weeks ago and drove 45 mins to take a look and buying a few parts for my ktm 150 xc. Nicole was so kind and I liked the place that a week after I needed some service on the bike and dropped it there. Turned out which was supposed to be a service on my bike ended up to be a very nice trade where I got a wonderful bike. Cassidy, his wife and everyone at that place are the kindest people I've met so far since I moved to the area. Very friendly and professional people altogether. I have to say, these folks are TOP NOTCH. I could have purchased the same bike from a dealer much closer to where I live, but I'm glad I didn't. I called Allie on a Saturday morning, and told her I was interested in the bike, and she held it with my credit card. I showed up about 5 hours later, and they already had the bike ready to roll out the door. Everything was done. We spent about 20 minutes doing papers and another 30 minutes going over the bike. Cassidy was a wealth of knowledge and information. This is the kind of place you wish served coffee and had tables to hang out and BS the day away
