I had an incredible experience with Bubba Jump Inflatables. They were very timely with their communications, delivered a clean water slide that was in great shape. After 6 years in this town we have been so happy to find a name we can trust! Bubba Jump is hands down the best in Pensacola. The owners of this family owned company are so helpful and knowledgeable. They offer discounts on extended rentals, are prompt, friendly, affordable, and they have the best new inflatables on the market. So much fun!!

Poor communication, I tried to rent a bounce house, but they would not return my calls or text. They said the website reserved an inflatable that was already reserved and said they had a different one for me to use for my kids birthday. So I waited for the email so I could pay for it but they didn't send me one. I tried calling and texting and left voice mails. No answer and no one has called me back. My son's birthday is Saturday and I'm left with nothing. How disappointing. Marking this company off my list. I have 4 kids and was going to rent from here twice this month for birthdays but I guess

We had our first experience with Bubba Jump this past weekend and I can say that I am greatly impressed. We will definitely be booking with them again. I had wanted to surprise my husband with the inflatable obstacle course and he certainly was.
Our yard was soggy from the previous day's rain, but they made sure to provide extra tarps so everyone stayed safe and dry.
Very professional services. The booking was easy and done online. Communication was great as well. I honestly cannot say enough about this team.
