Aside from the long wait in the frigid office while he'd go help another patient and not come back for 20-30 minutes, and how I felt like I wasn't really listened to, how they dealt with my insurance was a major issue. I get it. My insurance is a pain. But if something wasn't covered, that was it. I wouldn't hear from them. No call back. No extra time spent on me. I'm gonna go ahead and assume that custom ankle brace that was recommend wasn't covered. Because when I called a year after I got my orthotics, I was told their computer wasn't working and they'd call me back. Guess what? No call back

This is the place to go with foot problems. We tried some things with our family doctor with no luck, Dr. Gale took care of us in short order. He knows how to make feet feel better! He comes across very confident and answers all your questions and then some. I wish more doctors were like him and willing to discuss and explain things so well.

I searched online for a surgeon to take care of my bunions and hammer toes. I an in my 50s but I am still very active, and my bunions were causing problems when running, cycling, and cross-country skiing. Google reviews and other sources show positive reviews for Dr Gale, so I selected his clinic. Dr. Gale is friendly and he spent a lot of time talking to me and really seemed to understand why I was there and what I expected out of the surgery. I appreciate the time spent talking to me. My surgery went well (both of them) and my recovery is swift. Dr Gale goes the extra distance, and even game

Awesome about getting you in when you are in pain, got both son & I in, all 3 times within a day! Have had great experience with both myself & my 9 yr. old for our foot issues, & getting them resolved. Dr. Gale & staff are knowledgeable & friendly, appreciate follow-up calls from RN's. Also Happy Soles is where I'll be buying my shoes, great customer service, appreciate them taking time to help show me different tricks to tying my shoes, & helping me with inserts. Thank you Sami 😁!

Dr. Gale is the absolute best doctor I have ever worked with! He explained each and every step he took during my recovery from chronic, severe ingrown toenails. He took great caution, putting me on antibiotics to remove infection prior to performing the permanent removal of the ingrown section of my large toenails.
The staff are also kind and attentive in making sure you are comfortable as you wait.

Dr Gale is very professsional and personable, he explained things to me in a way that I could relate and understand, now I know why my foot hurts so bad, between him and his wonderful staff they fixed me up! Sami at Happy Soules fit me with shoes I can wear for work and play and the cost was VERY reasonable. I'm so happy I will be back to feeling better. If you are looking for a foot doctor I HIGHLY recommend Dakota Foot & Ankle, I was so impressed that I told my Dad and he now has an appointment to see Dr Gale!

The staff at Dakota Foot & Ankle are extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, helpful, and caring. Dr. Gale has put together a wonderful team to work with. Day or night, Dr. Gale is committed to the patient first. The health of your feet, and well being is obvious from the first time you walk in to Dr. Gale's office. I encourage anyone and everyone I meet who is looking for relief of sore feet, and or shoes, to visit with Dr. Gale and his staff. Dr. Brian Gale and his staff are very professional, caring people. They answered questions about my foot concerns, and took care of the problem in a very timely manner. Dr. Gale has a great bed side manner and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire procedure. My toes feel great!
