Kilowatt Electric was contracted to install a whole house surge protector. We had a nearby lightning strike a few days before which tripped some circuit breakers and caused some other damage. The technician promptly addressed my questions and showed me that a GFCI outlet in the garage had tripped and he reset it. There was no additional charge for addressing the other issues caused by the lightning strike.

We have been customers of Kilowatt Electric for many years during which time they have consistently provided us with exceptional service. Excellent company!! Scheduling was prompt.. office staff (Emily) took time to understand our situation to ensure electricians had necessary parts to complete the repairs; electricians (Monte, Tristan) were punctual, respectful and highly capable…successfully completing the repairs in a timely manner! Would definitely recommend Kilowatt Electric to others. A very well run company!!

Kilowatt Electric went out of their way to come over in the evening when we had a safety concern arise with wiring. I have four kids and electric is something I do not tinker with. They were prompt, honest, and informative. Everything was taken care of effectively. They returned the next day to do a fan installation and install an entryway light. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing fast and dependable service.

I've had 2 great experiences with Kilowatt in the past year, and highly recommend them!
The first was a smaller emergency repair, when 2 other electricians didn't even bother to show up for their estimate & work appointments. The folks at Kilowatt came through for me in a pinch and were timely, professional, knowledgeable, and competitively priced. The second was a full service panel upgrade from a failing 100-amp service box to a new 200-amp box. Again, they were incredibly quick and professional. Comparing the quality of their work to what had been done before was night and day.
