Services
Properties Plus is a full-service Property Management and Real Estate company serving clients across the Colorado Front Range, Boulder, Denver, Ft. Collins and surrounding areas. We connect qualified tenants with well-maintained properties and provide a full range of property management services for our investment property owner clients.
Applications: A $50.00 NON-REFUNDABLE application fee will be assessed for all applicants. All occupants 18 years and older must complete an application and will be listed as a party to the lease. Complete all areas; including landlords and employers, phone numbers, cities, states, and zip codes. Income & Employment: Gross monthly income of combined applicants must be 2 times the monthly rental rate.

The online Owner Portal streamlines communication, protects your investment, and helps you maximize the value of your properties. Make and receive payments from the mobile-friendly Online Portal. Directly send funds for owner contributions, including emergency maintenance repairs, renovations, or reserves via eCheck or Debit Card.
I have been a client of Properties Plus for the past seven years and find them polite and helpful, with a good knowledge of many issues concerning rentals in the Denver area. I live overseas so the position of property manager is crucial for the administration of my property. I have been with PP as a tenant for the past 7 years at the same residence.

Most people don’t particularly enjoy having to deal with their landlords or property management, but compared to some of my past renting experiences, Properties Plus seems to be very responsive and fair with tenants. I’ve rented through Properties Plus going on three years now and always have great, easy communication with them whenever the need arises. Maintenance requests have always been taken care of promptly and conveniently. We were denied the opportunity to submit a complete application for a fair, non-discriminatory housing opportunity. The owners did not provide fair housing consideration and the property manager is anti housing opportunity. My partner and I had 2Xs the income and positive payment history for 3+ years as well as meeting all credit score minimum criteria. I am not one to usually write reviews but this is by far the most unprofessional experience I have had. I booked a showing for a rental property. The day of the showing my appointment was cancelled. No explanation just cancelled. So I rescheduled for the next day. 45 minutes before my showing I got a text asking to confirm. I didn’t get the for 30 min (because I was working) and my showing was cancelled again. I had taken time off on two occasions to go see this property and clearly the company is too busy to do their job. Completely unprofessional. I hope the owner of the home knows the way

Update: OK so the owner has responded with comments, that was nice of him if any of it were true. PP do not perform an extensive walk through and to date I have not seen any photo's from this library he mentions and i have on several occasions provided my photo's of the window as evidence. however he still refuses to accept responsibility.
