Very disappointing experience. In a matter of just a few weeks, we experienced no fewer than five caregivers. We would get them trained and knowledgeable about what our needs were and then they would either lose interest, decide the drive was too far, decide that being a caregiver just was not for them or they would simply just not show up for their shift. Such a disappointing experience, for both the patient and the family. Getting good help in this field is difficult to be sure. Proper vetting of employees with professional background checks could go a long way in hiring dependable, caring staff
