The officers and members of Local 732 take pride in providing our employers with a highly skilled, well trained and drug free workforce. Skilled Ironworkers are developed - not born. The skill of the all around Journeyman Ironworker is not acquired by a few months on the job, or merely by being in a place where the different job operations are being performed.

Ironworkers Local 732 and the Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee (JATC) say education is key to maintaining a highly skilled workforce. Ironworkers local No.732 has a new attitude. As never before in history, we are opening our door to recruit and welcome new members through active organizing.
