Founded by Rupa Tejura in 2018, Modern Creation has staged and redesigned multiple homes in the Los Angeles and Orange County, Ca. In 2013, Rupa and her husband purchased their first home in Glendale, CA. It was a short sale, and required a full gut job. The project entailed complete demolition and redesign of 4 bathrooms, a new kitchen, an outdated fireplace, and eventually an upstairs loft addition.
Upon completion, Rupa embarked on a new journey. House, upon house, she went on to remodel hundreds of spaces - from kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, paint, light fixtures and so on. Five years later, Rupa's passion for real estate and design has strengthened. She has finally transformed her passion and talent to home staging, design and decor.

I've been working with Rupa for a couple years now, and she's amazing. From the 1st time I talked to her, she's always been easy going and brings positive energy and attitude with her. She makes sellers feel at ease, and the results are mind blowing. Classic with a twist of chic, she can make any home vacant or lived in (with seller's furniture) looking like a million bucks.
Her homes usually get a lot of views and sell above the listing. Highly recommended :)

I can’t say enough good things about working with Rupa and her team. They are so professional with their work. They staged many of my listings for years. The transformation of vacant homes are incredible, it’s like the home comes alive. Her choice of furniture and design always so classy and elegant.
Rupa also helps owners get their home ready to sell using their own furniture. She creates a to do list for the sellers that includes what to keep and move to the garage or storage. Always so detailed.
