I highly recommend working with Patrick from Mold Warriors. He is very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. Most importantly, he makes sure the job gets done right. He came in at the high end based on other quotes I got, but I still went with him because he was the only one who took the time to properly explain to me what the remediation effort was going to look like and he answered all my questions and provided me with so much knowledge.

Every so often you do business with people with superior integrity, helpfulness and compassion. Patrick is this person. He helped me out when life kicked me down. Patrick and his team are exceptional. Patrick leads by example on how to go above and beyond right from the initial consultation till the very end of the process.
Patrick's inspection is thorough which comes from years of experience coupled with his training from University. If theres one word I have to describe Patrick, it would be: passionate.
We had a very unique situation where months ago, our trusted plumber (who probably shouldnt even be licensed after this) patched up a leaking pipe which flooded our closet, and had the wall closed up by his guy + told us everything is OK
Thank GOD no one lives in that room full time. As we were having a new closet installed, the installers discovered there was a disgusting amount of mold back there. Something the plumber never pointed out beforehand....and it sat that way for months and months.

Patrick came out to do a quick inspection and estimate based on a few signs I was seeing. Since I was nearby he did it at no charge and gave us some simple advice and education about how to maintain our issue. My children's closet had a feeling of mold in there. I called around to other companies in the area and felt unsatisfied by the responses. When I came across the Mold Warriors I was pleased to here Patrick's detail to attention. Right away he asked me questions about what was going on.

Patrick is a cut above the rest. We were smelling mold in our bathrooms, and Patrick took the time to walk us through the reasons why the smell was there in the first place as well as ways to fix it. Before we even met in person, I knew The Mold Warriors were different from the rest. Patrick warmly responded to my initial inquiry right away, and took time to thoughtfully consider the photos I sent him (we had mold in our bedroom windowsill and underneath a few cabinets where water had leaked). Unlike the other companies I had reached out to, he took the time to explain over the phone what he believed was going on, and how his team would approach it. It was clear that Patrick is not only an expert in his field, he truly cares about his work and his customers.

First of all where is the " 6th" star? I called a few weeks ago,to have my home tested for mold. This awesome,professional "Mold Warrior",is the best ever!!
