While I can’t speak to the competitiveness of their prices, I can speak to the other qualities that I consider more important.
Since I’ve used them in the past I know their work was top notch. Twenty year old repaired cracks didn’t leak a drop. This time I contacted them from a new residence and they sent a man out within days, so they are responsive. Then he set up an appointment for the repair and that guy showed up right on time, with several advance notices to assure me they still had me on the books. The work was completed in an efficient manner along with proper clean up.

US Waterproofing came out 2 months ago to give me a quote on a leak in our basement after the quote it took 2 months to get it scheduled and someone come out. Saturday they sent a guy out who took out the drywall to fix the leak. After seeing the leak the worker said he needed a machine to fix it which he did not have because a coworker borrowed it from him. So they rescheduled it to Tuesday (Today). A worker shows up Tuesday and uses the machine to fix the leak after he finished he stated that he doesn’t do drywall and I would have to call back in to have the wall that they took out put back

Excellent service! The sales person was upfront about all costs and procedures and recommended the best service based on YOUR OWN situation. They don't try to get you to purchase the most expensive product or try to create some extravagant "deal" that you don't really need.
The installers arrived on time, did the work, cleaned up, and let you know what they did and what to expect. They were very professional.

My basement has been getting bad for the last 3 years. It started as a minor leak and became a major issue with ever little rain . They assessed my issue from an old picture that I I had taken before my basement was finished. So the adviser recommended an outside membrane and a vertical injection at the corner of the wall. Because my basement was finished they had to remove drywall and also an outside fence to apply the membrane.
I decided to not have my drywall closed to make sure it was leak free. So once it was 100% the crew came and did the final repair of installing my fence back and redoing

Very disappointed with this company. They repaired a crack in the foundation which had been causing water in our basement. They repaired some of the crack but left a long arterial crack unrepaired. Water puddled our basement in the same exact spot. They wouldn't honor their warranty because they considered it a separate crack. So beware if they decide to repair only some but not all of a crack. They will only take responsibility for the parts they choose to repair. How is this helpful for waterproofing?

When we started demo in our basement to refinish it, we found water damage we didn’t expect. We knew it meant we’d be facing serious structural problems at some point if we didn’t address it now. US Waterproofing did an excellent job waterproofing our basement, adding a sump pump and diverting water from a few downspouts away from our foundation. Pat, our sales rep was professional and courteous and walked us through several solutions to address the water issues and prevent future problems. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

My wife and I purchased a home earlier this year with a finished basement. With the heavy rains in May, water came into our basement and soaked all of the carpeting. With the carpet removed and subsequent rains in June/July we discovered that water was coming up from one of the walls and cracks in the basement.
