Dave & Mary Ann's General Store Antiques boasts one of the largest collection of antiques in the Midwest. Our huge 1889 barn is full of antiques and furniture of every era, antique glassware, pictures, light fixtures, lamps, floor lamps, pewter, crocks, kitchen items and linens. Our antique furniture includes Primatives, East Lake, Victorian, Oak, Mission, Arts and Crafts, Art Deco, Jacob Bean, Waterfall Retro, English, Wicker Lodge, Cottage and everything in between.
Services
D & M General Store Antiques was built in 1889 as a Dairy Barn and in 1926 during the era of prohibition became Ehlieters Dance Hall. Every Sunday night people came from all different counties to watch local bands play at the "Barn Dance." Brats and beer were sold in the basement. No men in coveralls or women in slacks were allowed in the dance hall.
Walk through our English Gardens and explore our unique sheds full of one acre of antiques. We have an antique Wicker Room shed, two country porches, a courtyard Milk House with Primatives, a Green House with benches, an Octagon House with children's furniture and a chicken coop with trunks, primatives and tables.

So many unique Garden items you could stay outside all day looking through the yard at their stuff and probably never see it all and there's two floors of a house with antiques inside

This establishment/business is a very big disappointment. It is not worth the travel time, primarily because despite the numerous signs describing its "open hours of business", it is always closed. The entire place looks like it has not been open in ages. These observations are based on a number of separate visits over a period of several weeks. I will not waste my time and gas coming here again.

So packed with antiques that it's hard to get through the very narrow walkways.
In my opinion...items were overpriced. No intention of going back there.

Their sign says that they're open 11-5 Friday-Sunday, but that isn't set in stone and the phone number is disconnected. Of the 3 times I've driven here during supposed business hours they've been closed. Very disappointing!

Neat place that to visit but prices are VERY high compared to other antique stores. I get the feeling it isn't really priced to sell.

From the minute you approach the porch, you are surrounded by tightly packed antiques. Glassware and ceramics, furniture, and a few toys clog the two stories of this general store. This place is definitely not handicapped accessible. Prices were a bit high.

Amazing place! Not your garage sale crap. Something for everyone. Go on non raining day. 75% outdoors. You won't be disappointed.
